More art on its way..

Sun Nov 20, 2005, 5:49 PM
Well now I have a 3 month long break from uni ahead of me, which means lots of time for drawing! The very first day of the holidays I went out and bought a new drawing pad. These holidays I want to hone my skills for realism, fur detail, and maybe even try a few *gasp* HUMAN portraits.

So hopefully lots more art to come!

Deadedness

Too much going outingness and sleeping inningness - I'm so disorientated right now. But I will get out the horsewhip in order to start making art again.

Away again!

Well you've probably all surmised that I'm incredibly slack with these journal entries.

But I'll be away for another week! Just wanted to let everyone know that I won't be replying to comments.

And when I get back I've got a few weeks left of holidays, so I'll be uploading lots more art :D

Away on camp

Well I'll be away for a week so I can't reply to any comments etc but I will check them all when I get back.

I'm helping out on an Edmund Rice Camp - it's for underprivileged kiddies. We provide lots of fun actiivities for them. It gives them a bit of fun and hope. Plus it's a really great experience for us volunteers and very rewarding.

Talk to you all in a week!

Back

Well! I just got back from my 2 week holiday to New Zealand. It was absolutely bEAUTIFUL! For all those who have seen Lord of the Rings - I went horse riding through Lothlorien, visited hobbiton and saw various other filming locations. The countryside is magnificent.

The only complaint was the weather - cold and rainy. I must say I'm glad I'm back in good old Brisbane with its sweltering heat and 90% + humidity. It may sound unbearable, but it's what I'm used to. Yay for Brissie!
